The problem
Every time sensitive data is emailed, uploaded or copied to a partner, it leaves your control and multiplies your risk. Most teams have no safe way to match data with a third party.

How it works
Both parties load data into a secure, neutral clean room. Matching and enrichment happen inside, and only the agreed result comes out.

Email verification, no shared passwords
Load a CSV, TXT or Excel file. It is validated the moment it is uploaded.
Comma or pipe separated, up to 50 MB
Confirm the data type of each column and identify primary and non-primary person columns, so records are assigned and matched correctly.
Auto-mapping with review
Matching happens inside the clean room, and only the agreed result leaves. Raw records never change hands.

Case study
When a national sporting body wanted a true picture of grassroots participation, the data it needed was split across four codes that were cautious and committed to protect the registration PII in their possession.
Tennis, golf, netball and basketball each ran their own membership systems. On its own, every code could only see its own players, and privacy obligations meant none could hand its database to another. So the questions that mattered most, about players shared across sports and where they move over a season, went unanswered.
Lock Box gave them a neutral clean room. Each code signed in, mapped its own columns and uploaded independently. Matching happened inside the room on shared identifiers, so the group could see the whole picture without any code exposing a single member to the others. What it surfaced:
